4. User Accounts

However, by using the Platform, you grant Genax AI a limited license to process, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
You represent that :
- You own or have rights to the content you submit
- Your content does not infringe third-party rights
- Your content does not violate any law
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
7. AI-Generated Content
Genax.ai provides AI-generated outputs. You acknowledge that :
- AI outputs may not always be accurate or error-free
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated results before use
- We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content
You assume full responsibility for how you use AI outputs.
8. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with third-party services or link to external websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or transactions conducted outside our Platform. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
9. Platform Management
We reserve the right to :
- Monitor usage for compliance
- Restrict access or remove content

11. Termination
